Original Photo Manipulation, Digital Art Compositions And AI Artwork
Photo Manipulation Artworks are created completely by me with various stock images and images I create myself. They are constructed via my own imagination.
I never post artworks created only from an AI program. AI artworks are created with various AI art applications largely by the input of my prompts. Once I create an AI image, I then cut, paste, collage, texturize and overpaint the image to turn it into an original composition that is my own!
I respect both as viable forms of artwork.
Please note this exception:
As a recent student of Sabastian Michaels Photoshop Artistry class, I maintain a Commercial use license from the following designers whose graphics I utlilize for some of my artwork:
I hold a Print On Demand license to use the digital kits and images of Itkupilli for my POD merchandise and art pieces.
I hold a license from Foxy Squirrel that states specifically: ARTISTIC USE LICENSE Artists and photographers in courses by Sebastian Michaels have artistic rights to use these graphics to create or enhance projects they may later sell using for promotional purposes. This license does not allow you to sell the items as is.
I hold a Lifetime Commercial License from Junkin Punkin to resell any of her CU packs as is, and to implement her images into any of my artwork for commercial use.
I have been given explicit permission from RJ to use any of her poser images inside my artwork for commercial use.
I hold commercial use license for numerous illustrations and images purchased via Creative Fabrica.
I also hold a commercial license from numerous art packs created purchased via Design Cuts.
I use a great amount of unrestricted and CU okay stock from various stock sites and image sites across the internet and use their images in good faith that each one is being offered with full legalities intact for me to use them on a Commercial Use basis.
I will try to update the license area when need be.
***I have decided, with finality, to move on from the digital art journaling / digital scrapbooking community. I still create my layouts, but I do so now as a private vocation. I have learned much from that community, and it's members, over the years and for that I am grateful for this introduction to digital art composition. But from this point on I wish to focus solely on professional creative writing and original digital art.
